I had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in a quiet neighborhood. The front desk gentleman was helpful and passionate about the city, sharing interesting stories and insights about its history. The small rooms and limited breakfast options didn't bother me, as there are plenty of breakfast places nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for its great location and the owner's hospitality. I highly recommend this B&B for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious, lovely decor, wonderful view, tasty and fresh breakfast, attentive and helpful staff. Perfect location, quiet but close to attractions, university, restaurants, and transportation hub. Great communication with the owner.

Nothing not to love.

We loved the really good breakfast delivery to our room! The quality and variety of the food were great. the hotel's central location, just off the busy areas in the center, made it very convenient to explore this city. It was also very close to the main attractions and within easy reach of the two airports.

No negatives.

As an avid traveler, I loved the simple yet comfortable stay at this conveniently located hotel. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the breakfast hamper provided was fantastic! It was delivered to our room on time every morning, allowing us to get an early start each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel offered affordable rates in an otherwise expensive area. The staff, despite a slight language barrier, were extremely friendly and provided helpful advice on how to make the most of our time in the city. The hotel's proximity to Santa Margareta Plaza was a bonus, as it was less crowded with tourists. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby bar and restaurant scene, particularly Orange, which offered great value for money. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near the train station and water bus terminal made it easy to explore Venice on foot and by water.

We felt so relaxed during our stay that we have no complaints.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was really close to the bus station where we could easily catch a bus to the airports. The neighborhood was also very nice, with plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the canal. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although a bit sweet, was brought to our room in a basket and was a nice way to start the day. a fantastic stay!

One small downside was that the shower in the bathroom didn't have a curtain, so it made the bathroom floor wet after using it.

Had a fantastic Easter stay here with my family! Loved the fact that they brought breakfast to our room every morning, it made our mornings so much more relaxed. The coffee was a great start to the day and the croissants were delicious. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. We really enjoyed exploring the city and coming back to the peacefulness of the hotel in the evenings. The view from our room was also amazing, overlooking a beautiful canal.

That the bathroom could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. The shower cubicle could have been cleaner and some parts of the grout were discolored.

This hotel in Venice exceeded my expectations in many ways. its location on a quiet little canal was perfect for a peaceful and authentic experience of the city. It's also conveniently situated within walking distance from the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations for exploring Venice. Lastly, the room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and amazing views over the quieter canals. The breakfast included was of good quality and added to the overall value of our stay.

All was satisfactory; no issues to mention.
